At Indigo & Violet Co, we are dedicated to providing you with stunning, fresh floral arrangements. Since our flowers are custom-designed and carefully prepared just for you, we ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy (for Everyday Orders): For fresh flower orders, we kindly require 48 hours' notice for cancellations to ensure we have enough time to adjust our flower inventory. If you cancel within 48 hours of your delivery or event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order price will apply.

Cancellations are not possible once your order has entered the creation or dispatch stage. This includes when flowers have been sourced, arranged, or dispatched for delivery.

Please note: This policy does not apply to weddings or large events. Wedding contracts have separate cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking.
